Non-Attendance Fees
Thank you for booking an appointment with us. We make every effort to schedule your appointment at a time that suits you best and leaves enough time for our Doctors or Nurses to address your needs. Please be sure to keep your appointment.
In the event that you are unable to attend, we require 48 hours notice, or a cancellation fee will apply to recuperate our costs, as per the following appointment breakdown.
Cancellation Policy & Fees
- Cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment with 48 hours notice: No charge ($0)
- Cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment with less than 48 hours notice: Fee of $90 to be applied
- Cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment exceeding 60 minutes duration with less than 48 hours notice: Fee of 30% of total treatment cost to be applied
Deposits
- A $90 deposit is required to secure all appointments, except Nurse Consults
- Nurse Consults: A $50.00 consult fee will be charged upfront to secure these bookings, which can be redeemed towards treatment.
Age Restriction - Under 18 requirements
In most cases, we do not treat patients under the age of 18 unless by special arrangement.
Please be reminded that patients under the age of 18 who are enquiring about a cosmetic procedure with Absolute Cosmetic must adhere to the following requirements prior to their appointment.
- Any patient under the age of 18 must have had a psychological test before booking an appointment. The patient must bring a copy of the report to their appointment. Please note that for medically based treatments, this may not be necessary, although please discuss with Absolute Cosmetic medical staff or management to confirm.
- Any patient under the age of 18 must have their legal guardian present with them at the appointment (mother, father, or legal guardian) to sign the consent form.
- Please be aware that, ultimately, the medical team reserves the option to treat or not treat.
