What is included in the training?
All our training sessions are conducted under the expert guidance and supervision of our esteemed Medical Director, Dr. Glenn Murray. Renowned for his exceptional skills, Dr. Murray was honored as one of the Top 10 Injectors worldwide (Q-Med 2007).
The theoretical part of the training will be facilitated online by Dr. Glenn Murray himself, through instructional videos and lectures. As for the hands-on, practical training, you will have the opportunity to shadow some of our senior injecting nurses.
This experience will provide insights into various facets of injection procedures, ranging from the initial consultation process, the formulation of treatment plans, understanding the consent requirements, to the actual preparation for treatments.
You’ll also get to observe several wrinkle relaxer and dermal filler treatments, gaining knowledge about the necessary aftercare instructions. By the time you reach Day 5, you’ll be competent enough to choose your own model for a wrinkle relaxer treatment and administer dermal fillers for lip enhancements (under the guidance of a senior injecting nurse).
What is the cost of the course?
Our comprehensive course spans over five full days. The total fee for this training is $3,995.
At the time of booking, a 25% deposit is mandatory (and non-refundable), with the remaining balance to be settled 14 days before your training begins.
What will I gain from this course?
This course is meticulously crafted for Registered Nurses or Enrolled Nurses who aspire to venture into the realm of cosmetic injections. It aims to provide them with profound exposure to the industry.
However, it’s essential to note that we do not provide any formal qualification or certificate upon completion.
Who is eligible to attend the course?
At the moment, our training program is exclusive to Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses. To ensure the quality of our intake, all potential candidates will be meticulously shortlisted.
Those selected will then be required to attend an interview before finalising their registration.
Is prior experience necessary?
No, you don’t need to have prior experience in the field. However, all candidates must provide a copy of their AHPRA certificate for verification.
