What are Bio-Remodelling injections?

Bio-Remodelling injections change the structure and function of the skin from within, resulting in general skin rejuvenation, collagen and elastin stimulation and deep hydration.

These treatments achieve the best results when performed as an initial course of two treatments, spaced four weeks apart. Opposed to dermal filler, bio-remodelling does not add volume to the face but provides collagen stimulation, increased hydration and rejuvenation for improved skin texture.

About Bio-Remodelling Injections

A new category of cosmetic injectable treatment has recently been launched in Australia that is a totally unique approach to improving collagen and elastin production in the skin. Whilst this product is new to Australia, it has been used widely and successfully in Europe for over 7 years.

The first of its kind, this is a new and revolutionary filler that is injected just beneath the skin. Made with patented NAHYCO® technology, this filler is made from a unique injectable gel that has a prolonged stimulating activity on the skin. When injected, it stimulates the skin cell receptors to counteract skin laxity whilst also improving and restoring firmness to the skin.

The most common areas of treatment include the face and neck and can also be used for the décolletage, hands, arms, knees and abdomen area. The treatment is suitable for men and women as well as offering skin benefits for patients of all ages (18+).

Benefits of Bio-Remodelling Treatments

What does Bio-Remodelling mean?

What differentiates this product from other dermal fillers on the market is its ability to not only stimulate the four different types of collagen and elastin but also influence the muscle cells, fat cells and even the bone layer of the face. Therefore, a bio-remodelling effect improves the main signs of skin ageing – laxity and a loss of skin firmness.

How long do results last?

Results are dependent on maintenance treatments for long-term natural outcomes. Treatments are recommended every six months after the initial two-treatment protocol to maintain results. Results are evident after the second treatment.

How much do Bio-Remodelling Injections in Perth cost?

The cost is from $1,600.00 for the initial two-treatment protocol, performed at a four-week interval. After this initial course, a maintenance treatment is recommended every six months. The cost of the maintenance treatment is from $900.00.

What happens on the day of the treatment?

The Treatment

Numbing cream can be requested for a small additional cost or can be purchased from the pharmacy and applied half an hour beforehand.

The bio-remodelling treatment involves injecting into specifically defined areas of the skin (face, neck or décolletage) using specific Bio Aesthetic Points (BAP). These injection points maximise the spread of the product and have been specifically chosen to maximise results.

Once injected, the product immediately starts spreading however, you will leave the treatment with expected lumps from the procedure, which will disappear after 24 – 48 hours.

Post Treatment

Like other injectable treatments, the following is recommended:

  • Apply ice/cool compress to reduce discomfort, swelling and bruising.
  • NO makeup is to be applied to the treated area for at least 24 hours
  • NO strenuous exercise for 24 hours
  • Refrain from any other facial treatments for 2 weeks
